Oh my woes....

There are times when I feel like everything around me is nothing but blissful butterfly's and fairytale endings. Then days, like yesterday, and much like today, really put my patience to the test.
It's like, and imagine this, spending a good hour on a slideshow only for it to disappear. Disappear!?! Yeah, right before you are about to burn it to a dvd. Thank you computer. Thanks a freakin' lot!
After shaking off the tears of anger, frustration and grief, I begin to start over. Meanwhile, I'm scolding myself for not saving my work. Why do I do this to myself?? I should know better. Isn't this the cardinal rule of using a computer? How hard is it to save?? Really? I mean, really?

Here is a recent picture of me that my husband took. Yes, I edited for kicks and experimented with an unruly overlay but I dig the vibe. Plus, I am told that I hardly ever really share myself on this blog so this should hush the choir for a few days. Right?
